What is Vinyasa Yoga?

Vinyasa is a dinamic type of yoga that connects one posture to the next through the breath and flowing movements, that is why sometimes is called "Yoga flow". It is fun and variable, as practices are never the same. It helps to develop a more balanced body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries.

What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative yoga is a practice to slows down and opens your body through passive stretching. You may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures in the course of an hour. It is a completely different experience than most contemporary Yoga. It is a good complement of more active practices and our busy lives, an excelent antidote to stress, depression and anxiety.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Nidra means "sleep". Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique thats allows you to relax, recharge, rejuvenate and awaken higher conciousness. The mind remains councious during the normal "uncouncious" state associated with deep sleep. It is practiced in the lying position and it is effortless, enjoyable and recuperative.

What is Nada Yoga?

Nada Yoga is a kind of Raja Yoga that allows us to get to our inner sound. It is an excelent way to get into meditation.
