* If you need to cancel your assistance to a class please try to do it 3 hours in advance

* On general basis, clip cards and pre-prayed months are non-refoundable

* We encourage you to take the classes  within the time frame mentioned before

* Your time is very valuable for us: please try to be present some minutes before the class starts
