You can practice Yoga with personal follow up in small groups,

at my home-studio in Frogner (Oslo).

These 60' Yoga sessions include physical movements, breathing and relaxation.

You receive personal assesment with a qualified teacher.

MONTHLY FEE : 1450 NOK

You can practice Yoga with a teacher going to your home or working place,

by yourself or in a group (for Oslo area and surroundings*)

These 60' Yoga sessions will be specially designed for the student/s according to the space and adapting the practices to the enviorment.

* Moving to locations outside Oslo area will take tickets as an extra cost
