Since starting Yoga therapy my breath and movements are becoming more conneceted and flowing. I am also gaining greater awareness of mind/body/spirit connection and how theraputic yoga helps all of these elements - not just my body. This is because my one to one theraputic yoga programme is designed specifically for me to target my physical and mental wellbeing. Each week I can see changes happening and it inspires me knowing I am on the right path to personal wellbeing.
