> WOMEN'S CIRCLES FOR CREATIVITY

You’ll discover new pathways to bring creativity, self-exploration and mindfulness into your everyday life and routines.

Held in a safe, non-judgmental space, in this 2 hour meeting we share the tools, space and time to open to being our real selves, nourishing and awakening the spiritual connection and creativity you may fear is absent or no longer there. 

No experience required !

Although this event is held in a group setting, you will experience the activities by yourself, allowing yourself to participate as much as you feel comfortable.

A women’s circle traditionally includes the same group of women coming together on a regular basis. It is for this reason that the number of participants is limited . While it would be ideal if we could continue with the same group, the Circle can also be attended casually when available. 

By coming together every 2 months, we can together create something meaningful and beautiful that can be taken into your daily life and practiced and used over and over. Our focus will always be on creating a space of acceptance and non-judgment and there will be an optional sharing element to each circle. 

Location may change (around Oslo area) and sessions must be booked in advance .
 

You’ll be introduced to new ways to explore connection with yourself, through practices and tools you can take home and incorporate into your day-to-day life, all in the company of other women eager to engage in self-exploration work.

We’ll come together and explore:

  • meditation

  • drawing, writing

  • journaling

  • card reading

  • essential oils

  • crystals

  • books sharing / poems reading

WOMEN'S CIRCLE is a simple practice of women coming together to sit and share.  This is nothing new as circles have been taking place for thousands of years.

Women sit together in a circle around a central alter (which can be anything from a candle to a bouquet of flowers).

There are opportunities to talk and listen, and usually you hold something like a crystal or stick when it’s your turn to speak.

It is a powerful force when women come together to support, embrace, and inspire one another as we move through life’s cycles.

Join us if you
