ABOUT THE CLASSES
CLASSES DESCRIPTION

This class includes short breathwork and a dynamic sequence of asanas. It is suitable for all levels, though as it includes basic and intermediate asanas, can not be interesting for an advanced practitioner. Anyway, the guidance will include options for either more basic or more challenging variations. There will be a short relaxion at the end.

Putting together the strenght, flexibility and concentration that Yoga offers + the resistance of a pilates practice you get Yogalates.
Asanas will focus on the deepest layer of the muscular body through a correct use of breathing techniques.
Super beneficial for any age, specially for women after giving birth.

Very gentle movements that can be done even sitted on a chair, breathing exercises and 10 minutes meditation.
Open to all kind of practitioners, also people with reduced movility or recovering from an injury.

This class is a dynamic sequence of asanas through breathing and music. It includes basic, intermediate and some advanced asanas, but it can be still be practiced by beginners, adapting the practice through guided modifications. Some breathwork may be included. Relaxation or some guided meditation at the end.
HOW IS AN STREAMING ONLINE YOGA CLASS?

* You practice from home on Zoom,
with a teacher that assists you and a group of students
.
* You can turn your web cam off if that makes you feel more confortable, although, if you let your camera on, the teacher may be able assist you in a more adequate way
.
* You may need a Yoga mat, blocks and a strap. If you do not have a Yoga mat at home, try to practice on a blanket or carpet. Try using the things you have at home
.
* Also prepare a thin blanket, a thin cushion and socks for the relaxation part.
