What You Will Experience
Opening Circle · Grounding Arrival
We begin with a gentle grounding practice and an opening circle to settle into the space, connect with one another, and set heartfelt intentions. This shared beginning creates a sense of community, safety, and openness that carries through the weekend.
Therapeutic Breath & Meditation
Experience the power of conscious breathing to regulate your nervous system and restore inner calm. Using simple, trauma-informed techniques — mindful breathing, soft exhalations, and diaphragmatic expansion — you’ll cultivate presence and clarity.
Ayurveda Foundations & Seasonal Balance
Discover how Ayurveda guides us to live in harmony with nature’s cycles. Learn how to support your body and mind during the spring season through gentle cleansing, nourishing routines, and mindful eating — reconnecting with your innate vitality and balance.
Yoga Therapy & Functional Movement
Mindful therapeutic movement designed for all levels. These sessions weave breath, mobility, and intelligent alignment to restore natural posture, joint stability, and freedom of movement. Expect soft strength, mindful awareness, and true connection with your body.
Restorative & Yin Grounding
Sink into deep stillness. Supported by props, these restorative sessions soothe the nervous system and invite emotional balance and inner peace. A space to rest, release, and return home to yourself.
Nature Connection & Walking Meditation
Time outdoors to breathe Nordic spring air, reconnect with natural rhythms, and absorb the healing qualities of earth and light. Through mindful walking and quiet presence, we rediscover grounding through nature’s simplicity.
Yoga Nidra · Deep Rest Meditation
A nourishing guided relaxation that brings you into profound rest and inner spaciousness. Yoga Nidra supports emotional integration, inner clarity, and nervous system healing.
Self-Care & Ayurvedic Rituals
Learn nurturing self-care practices rooted in Ayurveda — from warm oil self-massage (Abhyanga) to herbal support, digestive teas, and daily routines (Dinacharya) that help maintain balance long after the retreat.
Creative Expression & Journaling
Optional reflective sessions using journaling, intuitive movement, or gentle art expression to connect with your inner landscape. A safe and soulful invitation to explore your creativity and emotional flow.
Closing Circle · Integration & Gratitude
We close together in community, sharing reflections and insights while honoring the journey. You’ll leave with renewed clarity, grounded energy, and simple tools to continue living in harmony with yourself and nature.
