 Through Yoga Therapy, I support people experiencing stress, overwhelm, life transitions, or physical tension to reconnect with stability and ease — in a way that feels safe and sustainable. 

Hi I’m Paulina,

a certified yoga therapist C-IAYT & teacher based in Oslo. I support people to reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and cultivate balance and well-being through therapeutic yoga — tailored to your unique needs. I offer both in-person and online sessions, in English and Spanish.

Training â€‹â€‹

Paulina is certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT) and a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, trained in several Yoga styles. She also has training in perinatal yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and over 1000 hours of yoga therapy education.

Her approach is warm, intuitive, trauma-informed and grounded in therapeutic principles that honor each person’s unique physical and emotional landscape — offering a safe space to explore the connection between mind, breath, and body.
