UPCOMING
RETREATS

When we stay together for a few days, something softens naturally —
there is no rush to return to habits, roles or screens.
We sleep, eat, move and rest in a simpler rhythm, and the system begins to settle by itself.

Our retreats are not just time away.
They are guided processes of embodied transformation.

What makes our retreats unique

Therapeutic & restorative focus

Our Retreat Approach

Our retreats are designed as a therapeutic group process based on yoga therapy principles.

1. ARRIVE
Nervous system regulation: breathwork, gentle movement, grounding, and nature.

We create a sense of safety and presence.

2. LISTEN
Listening to the body and inner experience: journaling and somatic practices.

We cultivate awareness.

3. TRANSFORM
Moments of insight through sharing, Yoga Nidra, and meditation.

We begin to integrate new perspectives.

4. INTEGRATE
Bringing the experience into daily life: reflection and practical tools.

We support sustainable change.

Each retreat supports a different stage of regulation and readiness.
You don’t need to choose the place — only the step that feels right now.

What 's included

Daily Yoga practices: a combination of therapeutic yoga, flow, restorative sessions, and conscious breathwork.

Meditation & mindfulness: dedicated spaces for meditation and cultivating present-moment awareness.

Workshops & education: foundations of Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, and practical self-care tools for everyday life.

Small group community experience: small group settings in  natural environments that support connection and deep rest.

Meals & accommodation: Included in most retreats (see each retreat for details)

Free time!

It’s not always obvious which retreat — or if this is the right time.

If you feel drawn but unsure, you’re welcome to write to me.
We can look together at what you need right now and whether one of these spaces would support it.
