Working together

How we can work together

The work is the same. The shape it takes depends on you.

Some need the intimacy of one-on-one attention. Others find their anchor in shared rhythm.

You don't have to know the difference.

We'll find it together in that first conversation — where you share what's happening, and we listen for what might help.

That's where the real work begins.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is a body-based approach that works where thinking alone reaches its limit. We use movement, breath, and awareness to help your nervous system restore regulation — whether you're managing personal stress, supporting your team's wellbeing, or seeking deeper transformation. The same therapeutic principles. Different settings. Always personalized.

Where to begin

Most people recognize themselves in one of these situations.

You don’t need to choose the right format beforehand.

Individual sessions
You might start here if:
• your reactions feel persistent or confusing
• you feel tension most of the day
• rest doesn’t restore you
• you want to understand your body responses closely
What happens:
Personalized sessions where we explore your specific patterns,
build safety, and help your nervous system learn to respond differently.

Sessions are paced around your needs — slow enough for real change,
consistent enough for progress.

Groups & retreats
Often helpful if:
• you regulate better around others
• structure helps you stay consistent
• isolation increases symptoms
• you want practice without pressure to speak
What happens: Group practices and retreat weeks where rhythm, environment,
and shared presence support your nervous system. You practice alongside
others without needing to speak or perform. The work is the same, but the
container is different — often more powerful for some.

Shared regulation without exposure.

Sessions for pregnancy & postpartum
During periods of rapid change, instruction can increase tension.

  • Support instead of instruction.

  • Stability instead of performance.

  • Breathing space instead of pressure.

  • Trust instead of expectations.

What happens:
Personalized sessions designed for your changing body and needs.

The focus is on safety, stability, and trust — so your system can
navigate transition more gently.

Adaptive yoga-based practices for  different communities
For people whose stress lives in their environment, not just their body.

We design yoga-based practices for specific communities — because one size
never fits all. Whether you're part of a community facing specific challenges
or need practices adapted to your situation, we meet you there.

The practice adjusts to people — not people to the pressure.

How Does Yoga Therapy Work?

Yoga Therapy works through movement, breath, and awareness to help your nervous system restore regulation and adaptability. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, we support the surrounding system. As pressure decreases and safety increases, unnecessary tension can naturally reorganize. We don't aim to force or override your body. We create conditions where your body no longer feels the need to defend itself — so what is no longer needed can gently soften.

What Can Yoga Therapy Help With?

Yoga Therapy can support:

  • Chronic stress and anxiety

  • Burnout and exhaustion

  • Trauma-related dysregulation

  • Chronic pain and muscular guarding

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Emotional regulation

  • Recovery after long periods of overload

  • Pregnancy and postpartum transition

  • Overall nervous system resilience...

Among others.

If your concern isn't listed here, it doesn't mean it won't help.

Every person's situation is unique. Get in touch and let's explore together.

For Organisations

Sometimes the environment holds more strain than the individual.

We bring yoga therapy directly into your workplace — not as a wellness bonus, but as active nervous system regulation that helps teams manage sustained workload without burnout.

Programs are designed to fit naturally within professional settings, with options for quick practices during work or deeper sessions to support real change.

Professional standards

Not all practices called "yoga therapy" meet professional standards.

Paulina is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) — meaning she has completed accredited training and follows the standards of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. This ensures you receive appropriate education, ethical practice, and professional accountability. It matters.

You describe what brings you here.
We explain how this approach might support you.

Sometimes the conversation itself brings clarity.

Both are meaningful.
