People often understand their problems mentally —
but their body keeps reacting.

Yoga Therapy works where talking cannot.

You might be here because

You function well — yet inside things feel tight or restless.
Rest does not truly restore you.

Reactions appear before you can choose them.
Stress settles in the chest, jaw, stomach or breathing.

You understand yourself mentally, but your body keeps responding the same way.

Yoga Therapy works where thinking cannot.
We work through the body so the mind doesn’t have to fight alone.

We don’t start with the pain

Many approaches focus on understanding or talking about what hurts.
But the nervous system changes when it no longer needs to protect.

So we don’t work directly on the problem.

We work from the periphery.

Through movement, awareness, and sometimes creative exploration, the body regains choice and flexibility.
When there is enough safety, what was stuck can reorganize naturally.

We don’t try to release emotions.
We allow them to stop needing to stay.

The mind wants to understand first.
The body needs to feel safe first.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga Therapy is the clinical application of yoga practices adapted to the individual.

It is not a class and there is no performance.

It is a guided therapeutic process that helps the nervous system reorganize and regain regulation.

It can support:

• anxiety and chronic stress
• burnout and exhaustion
• trauma and nervous system dysregulation
• chronic pain and muscular guarding
• sleep difficulties
• emotional regulation
• recovery after long periods of overload

The process

We start by observing how your body responds.
Sessions then adapt gently, creating the conditions for change instead of pushing it.

With enough safety, reactions reorganize naturally —
and what begins as a practice gradually becomes part of daily life.

I had learned many ways to cope with pain, but my body stayed in constant tension. The sessions with Paulina were subtle — sometimes it felt like nothing was happening — yet over time I noticed I wasn’t bracing all day.
The pain didn’t disappear, but it stopped organizing my entire life.

Sometimes the conversation itself brings clarity.

Both are meaningful.
