This video is a pilot of my proposed experiential practice Exploring the Transition from Embodied Sensation to Creative Expression Through Yoga Therapy. The practice begins with breath awareness and gentle joint movements inspired by Pawanmuktasana. Participants are invited to notice sensation, follow their own pace and choose whether to remain seated or stand. Music then supports a transition into freer movement: noticing an impulse, exploring a repeated pattern and eventually allowing that experience to take form through a line, word, colour or shape. This pilot explores how yoga therapy can offer a structured, choice-based entry into creative expression. The focus is on the process of sensing, choosing and responding, rather than on the finished result. Presented by Paulina Copello, C-IAYT yoga therapist, yoga teacher, architect and artist.
