Lift your spirits with the wonderful colours of Autumn and enjoy the unique conditions that this season can offer : learn to observ and enjoy crisp weather, gorgeous scenery and tranquillity.

* TUESDAYS > Yoga and Ayurveda for the Autumn: learn to boost your inmunity
In Ayurveda, Autumn is considered a vata season . We will learn lifestyle choices that counter the effects of the season so you can better maintain your internal sense of equilibrium.
Every Tuesday we will practice gentle flow to quiet the mind, breathing techinques, gentle inversions and restorative yoga. We will close the practice with a long full supported Savasana & meditation.

* WEDNESDAYS > 60' Traditional Yoga
Every Wednesday of September / Tuesday 25 of October
Time : 17.30 to 18.30 CET
* THURSDAYS > Dynamic Yoga for the autumn
Because of the shorter days and longer nights, this is a restorative period : a time to turn in a slow, rhythmic, fluid practice to connect the water element, with lots of grounding poses that connect to the earth element + a bit of heat to preserv the internal fire.
