Yoga for
Stress & Overload

You may not feel anxious.
But your system rarely settles.

You keep functioning, thinking, doing —
yet resting does not restore you.

Sleep comes, but not relief.
Pause comes, but not ease.

Something keeps running in the background.

This can show up as:

• difficulty winding down at night
• waking already tired
• persistent muscular tension
• shallow or irregular breathing
• sensitivity to noise or demands
• needing a lot of recovery after normal days
• feeling alert even in safe situations

Nothing is broken.
But the system has lost flexibility.

Yoga Therapy does not try to calm you down.

We work with movement, breath and perception so the body can experience a different response while awake and active.

Small changes in how you move, pause and breathe gradually allow effort to end.

The goal is not relaxation.
It is the return of choice.

People often notice:

• shorter recovery after demanding days
• easier transition into sleep
• less background tension
• clearer perception of limits
• more energy available for normal life
• the ability to stop before exhaustion

Change appears quietly, but becomes reliable.

If this feels familiar, we can explore it together.

We start with a first session to understand how your system currently organizes effort and recovery, and from there build a personal process.
