During this 12 classes you can practice:
* 4 Soothing Yoga evening practices (Tuesdays 17.30 to 18.45 CEST)
Soft flow, breathing techinques and Nidra meditation. Learn concepts , tools and tips to improve your everyday life.
* 4 Dynamic traditional Yoga practices (Thursdays 17.30 to 18.45 CEST)
Dynamic sequence with a pinch of flow . Moving is very important to release the tension in the body. You can adapt the intensity of the practice to your own needs.
* 4 Balance and focus class > (Saturdays 11.00 10 12.15 CEST)
Work on balancing postures with focus and patience to strength legs, glutes, and abs. Become aware of our breath and deepen our connection to yourself. Improve your posture so as to breath better and prevent postural pain.
YOGA FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT | Starting August 8th
Along this 12 sessions you might learn the tools of yoga, mindfulness and meditation that can help you to regulate anxiety and control long term stress.
All classes can be taken in person in my studio in Frogner or online from any part of the world!
