YOGA IN SMALL GROUPS

NEW COURSE

YOGA FOR THE AUTUMN ~  GROUP CLASSES
offered at NJY from October 12th to mid-December 2024

Fall is the season of transformation. We can see this all around us in nature: the leaves are falling and the air is changing. It is important that we change with the seasons — just as nature does — by adapting our daily habits, yoga practice, and food choices. Ironically, it is only through change that we can stay grounded during this shifting season.

All classes can be taken in person at my studio in Frogner or online from anywhere in the world!

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Duration: October 12th to December 21st 2024

Participants: Max. 8 participants per session

Level: All levels

  • A sense of community and support among fellow practitioners.

TEACHER: Paulina

Paulina is a certified yoga therapist and instructor with over 10 years of experience

in teaching yoga and meditation. Her approach focuses on holistic well-being,

integrating physical, mental, and spiritual practices to help

students achieve a balanced and harmonious life.

DESCRIPTION OF THE CLASSES

AYUR-YOGA (30 minutes free class - on NJY YouTube Channel)

Ayuryoga is a combination of yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic wisdom.

Each practice will include movement, breathing exercises and meditation.

Streamed live every Wednesday at 11:00 CET, or practice later through the video recording.

SLOW - FLOW (60 minutes - Studio/ Online on Zoom)

Move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. May include Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra meditation at the end.

Every Thursday 17.30 CET

DYNAMIC YOGA (75 minutes - Studio/ Online on Zoom)

One breath, one movement as you move flowing from one pose to the next. Based on the principles of Vinyasa yoga, this is an energizing class and a full-body workout. A little bit fast-paced, it will boost your physical strength, stamina and flexibility.

Every Saturday  11.00 CET 

YOGA JULEBORD / SPECIAL EVENT 

(60 min class +  lunch time together - Location to be defined when the number of assistants is confirmed)

Celebrate Christmas time and enjoy playful time with your yoga mates,

Wrap up the past year and be ready to receive the new one!

Saturday 14/12 - 11.00 to 13.00 (Oslo)

Fee: 280 kr.- Please book your place before November 15th.

108 SUN SALUTATIONS

(90 min class - Studio/ Online on Zoom)

This is one of the most inspiring practices in yoga, a sequence of poses that not only offers a challenging physical workout but also holds deep symbolic significance.

This tradition is typically reserved for the change of seasons. The coldness of the Winter Solstice makes it the ideal time for this intense practice.

Adapt the practice to your own abilities and put your heart into it!

FULL ACCESS

2200 kr.-

Access as many classes as you want throughout the entire program (8 weeks). This applies to any class on our schedule, excluding special events. You also have the option to attend any of the classes on Zoom.
