Chakra translates as wheel or vortex of energy. There are seven main chakras in the body, located within the "shushumna" that is the main energy channel that parallels the spine.
There is a wonderful crossover between human physiology, it is fascinating to know , for example, that locations of the glands and chakras align.

Every Saturday during this seven class series, we will learn about & focus on a different chakra utilizing the tools of awareness, conscious movement, sound, breathing and relaxation. Each class is about 60 min.

We will integrate the work with a breathing & meditation class on Tuesdays as a powerful tool for reducing stress and promoting wellbeing.
